Quality policy
- Provide upgrade and maintenance program planning in an intergrated and comprehensive manner in Kuala Langat District area.
- Partnership with resident associations to maintain and care landscape area, clearing, and children palyground (Local Agenda).
- Sponsorship program for the development and maintenance of public facilities.
- Establish maintenance unit for small maintenance work.
- Privitization of garbage collector service, city cleaning and waste area.
- Additional position to strengthen organisational structure in order to deal with facilities problems for the public or commercial.
