Musyaratah
Determine the rules and regulation in order to achieve stable development in a civilized (madani) society that consist of people who practices good values (Rabbani).

Muraqabah
Accept the existence of Allah s.w.t in all business. Al business will be a success with Allah s.w.t blessing.

Muhasabah
Analyze the strength and weaknesses of oneself. By doing so one can find ways to improve oneself.

Mu'aqobah
Train the heart to be honest and incere. There is no short cut to achieve success. Our heart should be set to work hard to strive for excellent.

Mujahadah
Put extra effort in every task. Don't just work carelessly. All work need determination and carefull planning to ensure the success.

Mu'atabah
Be strict and clear to throw all the negative aspect in oneself. One should focus on oneself fisrt before moving on to others.
