The MDKL website provides facilities for access by disabled persons / Disability Access. Among them are : A) Impaired Vision Users For users with impaired visions, there is text reader in this portal. The text reader is provided for contents such as Messages, Introduction, Speeches, Articles, News and various others contents. It produces voices which are automatically generated as an alternative for users with impaired vision whereby they are able to clearly hear the contents which are being presented. There are two means where these can be applied : (a) Link to the text reader :
B) Colour blind Users For users who are colour blind, there are several choices of colours provided at the top section of every page of theKuala Langat District Council site, namely red, blue, green and orange. Users can choose the colours from a selection of colours provided and the colour templates of the Kuala Langat District Council’s website will change immediately. The choices of colours will be displayed at the top section of the banner of every MDKL site. C) Senior Citizen Users For senior citizens, the Kuala Langat District Council website provides facilities for the different choices of text size. Text Size choices are displayed at the top section of the MDKL website. Users can choose whether to use larger text sizes or smaller texts based on suitability. D) Language Choices There is a variety of language choices provided by the MDKL Website namely Bahasa Malaysia, English and other languages (Chinese, Indian, Arabic, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish). Users can choose the appropriate languages for them to read the contents of the MDKL Website with. The choices of languages are displayed at the top section banner of each page of the MDKL Website.
